I just wanted to take a minute this morning to say THANK YOU and acknowledge the exceptional experience you and your team consistently deliver. As you know I travel extensively as I own many businesses on both sides of the border. I stay at properties that range widely in the variety of star ratings, and I have to say that this property is simply outstanding and could teach lessons in service to many 5-star properties I stay in.

My partner and I were extremely pleased with Angela and the Holiday Inn. The dinner tasting and subsequent reception were delicious and our guests were very pleased. They were very accommodating with allergies and food sensitives. Both the ceremony and reception were furnished as requested and Chair Flair did a great job decorating. Angela was amazing to work with and helped navigate some special requests. We highly recommend this venue. Communication was excellent and timely, and Angela went out of her way to make our dream came true. We can thank everyone at the venue enough!

I wanted to pass on my Thanks for an amazing event. The hotel, your team made everything just perfect for me and my guests. My ladies loved the main floor and natural light of the conference room and all the space. The guest rooms were great, everyone kept saying how comfortable they were. We were so impressed with your facilities, the staff,and the food. In fact, I can tell you I want to book our graduation ceremony there for the fall.

Marissa at the front desk was an absolute rockstar. She was just so awesome and helpful!

The gentleman responsible for our food table sure was a hard worker. We didn’t want for anything. One thing I was most impressed with was how little food was left over. That’s one of my biggest pet peeves is wasted food lol.

The banquet team was amazing, Ganesh was wonderful to work with and I ask that you please extend my thanks to all of them. They worked incredibly hard for us, were super agile and accommodating and made sure it all ran very smoothly from a logistics standpoint which I really really appreciate.

The food on the banquet days was also delicious, compliments to the chef and kitchen.

Hotel staff were wonderful, and I really appreciate all that they did to find me a room when it wasn’t their mistake to fix. Please extend my gratitude to the front desk individual as well as the front of house manager.

The professionalism and attentive service of the staff exceeds other locations. No matter what they may need, someone is there with a smile to help him. He wanted to thank Dinesh Singh for serving them this week. And mentioned that whoever trains the staff does a great job because he feels that every person they interact with gives the same service and attention as the next.

He said that the service we provide here is not common these days and wanted to be sure that everyone knows how great of a job they are doing! It shows and makes people feel welcome here and looked after.

She and her whole team made the whole process insanely easy and seamless. She also went above and beyond to make the day special and easy. She was a joy to work with!

On the day of the wedding the staff working were fantastic. The food was exceptional and the service was great. Everyone had an amazing time and we have been told over and over how great the guests also thought the wedding was!

We hosted our wedding reception with 115 guests at the beginning of March. We originally booked in September and had a great experience throughout.

While looking for wedding venues we were shocked to find that the Holiday Inn on Blackfoot was one of the most interested and attentive places we looked at. Angela, our coordinator was absolutely amazing and was on point throughout the whole booking experience. They offered us 2 food tastings , one initially to try things out and a second with our families to confirm our menu. Angela really helped to ensure that our day was as special and as stress free as possible. Our guests were impressed with what our venue had to offer and were thrilled that they could stay onsite after the celebration to avoid driving or the need for alternative transportation. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn as a venue that is professional, prepared, qualified, and organized. I am so grateful for their team's involvement to start off our married journey!
